Fishing brothers gruff

 

My teacher read a book called the fishing brothers gruff. We had to do lots of morals about the book. I will give you some of mine. we had to write in our books about this topic.

Growth mindset and fixed mindset

 

This is my mindset of growth and fixed. Fixed mindset is when you are not that happy and  growth mindset is when you are really happy.

Speech topic

 

We did speeches for cybersmart and we had to describe about our speech topic. My one was about whether video games are good or bad.  I chose this topic because I like to play video games sometimes and I wanted to find out what was good and bad about them.

endangered species

   

I made a sea turtle poster about why they are being killed. Sea turtles are being killed by humans,oil spills,plastic bags and climate change.  Plastic bags are one of the worst  thing for our sea animals in our oceans. for example Dolphins are swallowing plastic bags thinking that it is a jellyfish and they get sick and will die.

Spooky house writing

 

We had to describe the  spooky house with a buddy in our class. My buddy wrote in  orange and I wrote in  red. We had to write 100 words on the dot, some people went over 100 but me and my buddy did not.

We had  been learning and about my  learning pit. when I mean the learning pit you can be up high a then you get slower down it you are starting to be down, when you reach the top you are all happy again.

These is my recipe and my gems about winter, here are some of my favorite parts that I said in my recipe is to toss one cup of hot chocolate with a marshmallow on top and chuck in some red band gumboots from the farm, and just remember to not over mix and bake until crispy golden brown. 

My Plastic Animation

This is my animation about plastic, plastic is sad for our sea animals because they die from our  plastic that we don't pick up and they blow away and go into our streams.  I chose plastic because our animals are eating OUR rubbish.

Collaborating with polyline

We were learning  how to use polyline and collaborating with our bubby and designing and cropping a sports uniform.
I enjoyed working with my bubby and helping him do the cropping for our uniform.
I found it hard to do the polyline and the cropping.
Next time I need to take our photo earlier.

We are not finished yet - but will keep working on this.

This is my final calendar art at mangapapa school. I chose blue because the color of mangapapa, I'm In the Mangapapa rugby A team. This is my last year at mangapapa school.  My rugby silhouette is important to me and will remind me of my rugby success.

All Blacks animation

On thursday 4 All Blacks came to Mangapapa school , We got to meet them and we played  a game of rippa those four All Blacks. We got to sing a kapa haka song and a welcome song for them to come to our school When we were playing rippa rugby I got a runaway try.
